Isha, who was born in Mumbai in 1987, began her career as a model before moving on to television shows and films. She is the daughter of Boney Kapoor's production company's director-actor Vinod Talwar. In 2008, Isha graduated from Mumbai's St. Xavier's College. She trained as a dancer at choreographer Terence Lewis' dance school and later became a dance studio tutor.
Isha Talwar rose to prominence with her award-winning performance in the Malayalam film Thattathin Marayathu, in which she played a major role (2012). Aside from her Malayalam film work, the actress has also appeared in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu films. She made her acting debut as a child actor in Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai in 2000, before taking on the major part in Thattathin Marayathu. Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, Bangalore Days, and Bhaskar the Rascal were among her most promising roles. This multi-award-winning actress has been in a number of advertisements as well as television series.
